Our tours do not accept cancellations after payment has been made due to customer circumstances. Please be advised in advance.
Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for cancellations or reductions in the number of participants after payment has been made, due to customer circumstances.
However, if the organizer determines the tour cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, changes in social conditions), we will offer an alternative date or a partial refund.
