About Our Plans
This site is for booking plans offering Japanese traditional culture and experiences. We do not ship products. After your reservation is confirmed, please arrive at the meeting place and time listed in your reservation confirmation email.
About Reservation Confirmation Emails
After your reservation is complete, we will send a confirmation email to your registered
email address containing the following information:
- Reservation number
- Experience plan name
- Participation date and time
- Meeting place details
- Items to bring and important notes
On the day of your tour:
Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the start time.
Please present your reservation confirmation email or reservation number.
If you will be late, please contact us in advance.

Payment Timing
Please complete payment in advance when your reservation is confirmed. A payment confirmation notice will be sent to your registered email address.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our tours do not accept cancellations after payment has been made due to customer circumstances. Please be advised in advance.
Cancellations Due to Customer Circumstances
Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for cancellations or reductions in the number of participants after payment has been made, due to customer circumstances.
- Illness
- Change in personal circumstances
- Transportation delays
- Other personal reasons
Refunds cannot be provided even in the above cases. Please carefully confirm your schedule before booking.
Cancellation Due to Organizer Circumstances
However, if the organizer determines the tour cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, changes in social conditions), we will offer an alternative date or a partial refund.
Applicable Reasons:
- Cancellation due to severe weather (typhoons, heavy snow, etc.)
- Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, etc.)
- Changes in social conditions (spread of infectious diseases, suspension of public transportation, etc.)
- Cancellation due to facility circumstances
Regarding Changes and Rescheduling
In the event of cancellation determined by the organizer, you may choose one of the following options:
- Change to a different date (free of charge)
- Partial refund
Details will be communicated to your registered email address once the cancellation is finalized.
