Japan Prime Tour provides travel experiences that elevate the quality of time spent in Japan, responding to the diversifying and increasingly sophisticated needs of foreign tourists visiting Japan. Our travel style consists of Japan tours guided by foreigners who love Japan or Japanese with overseas experience. We mitigate various stress factors for tourists, such as language and cultural differences and transportation, providing a comfortable and safe tour. Guides are free to work according to their own schedules.

2. Guide Reward System

Beyond offering standardized package tours, we are considering original tours deigned by tour guides in the future. Guide’s reward varies based on group size and tour duration. We have established a reward system where it can become a primary income source based on contribution.

Guides who achieve each stage can get an incentive in addition to the base reward price.
