Once payment has been made, cancellations or reductions in the number of participants for personal reasons are non-refundable under any circumstances.
However, if the tour cannot be operated due to reasons beyond our control—such as severe weather or significant changes in social conditions—we will offer either an alternative date or a partial refund.
